Exchanges & Returns Policy

At ByPriscilla-London, I take pride in crafting each piece of jewellery with care and intention. Made just for you!

All of my pieces have been designed and made by me, in small batches. I keep limited quantities of stock.

Made-to-order pieces have been especially made for you. For this reason, I’m unable to accept returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email me within 7 days. I will work with you to make it right. I encourage you to review all product descriptions and images before making a purchase. If you have any questions or need more details, please don’t hesitate to contact me at hello@bypriscilla-london.com.  

Items that are labelled as “ready to ship” and have not been altered in any way, are available for return/refund. Please be sure to keep all the original packaging. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please email me within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. You will be responsible for shipping cost.

PLEASE NOTE: Item/s must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn and original packaging.

Damages & Order Issues:

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your jewellery is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me at hello@bypriscilla-london.com within 7 days of receiving your order so I can resolve the issue swiftly.

Exchanges

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase due to colour, fit, or another concern, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I will do my best to work with you and make things right.  Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Most of the pieces on the website are made-to-order unless they are described as “ready to ship”.

For made-to-order pieces, please allow 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase to receive your item - I will confirm turnaround time once you have placed your order. I only keep small batches of each item and in some cases, only 1-2 pieces of each. Please note that some gemstones take longer to source than others.

All items are sent via Royal Mail (tracked service) and usually arrive in 1-3 days from the date of shipment. 

Where do we ship? Currently only shipping within the United Kingdom.  If you are located outside of the UK and would like to place an order, please send do get in touch to discuss how best to ship your order.

Please note that all customs duties, taxes and fees are your responsibility and will vary from country to country.

TOP TIPS ON HOW TO KEEP YOUR JEWELLERY LOOKING GORGEOUS!

STORAGE: Each piece of jewellery has been meticulously hand-crafted to ensure a beautiful and long-lasting finish.  Please don’t hang your necklaces as it may damage and/or cause the stringing material stretch.  If you don’t have a jewellery tray or box, keep them in the jewellery pouch provided.

DAILY USE: I know you’re in love with your new piece and will want to show it off, but PLEASE don’t wear your jewellery when exercising or at the gym. You shouldn’t sleep or shower together either—gemstones are porous and will absorb water, which will cause them to dull and crack over time.

Allow your lotions, serums, tanning products to fully dry before putting on your jewellery—we suggest waiting at least 10-15 minutes. Please don’t spray perfumes or other chemicals near your jewellery either.

GEMSTONES:  Gemstones are made from natural materials.  Some gemstones are harder than others, so if you drop them on a hard surface, they may crack or break.  So, please handle with care.  For example, opals are softer than those in the quartz family, like tiger’s eye, so please treat them with extra care.

CLEANING:  You will receive a small, soft cloth with your purchase.  After each wear, please give your stones a quick wipe, especially pearls, to remove any sweat or residue from the day.  Do not use any harsh chemicals or soaps to clean your stones, pearls or hardware.  

We know that accidents happen.  If your jewellery is showing signs of damage or breaks, please email us right away.  We’re here to help!  

RE-STRINGING SERVICE:  After a while, the silk used in your hand-knotted necklace may appear to stretch (usually after a couple of years).  We are happy to offer a free re-stringing service (you just need to pay for shipping costs).  Reach out to us at hello@bypriscilla-london.com to arrange.

NECKLACES:  Most of my necklaces have been designed in 16-18” lengths. Some styles come with a 2” extension (those with a lobster clasp, which is typically worn to the back). Not sure what length suites you? Measure a necklace you already own. Lay it flat and measure with a ruler/measuring tape. BRACELETS:  Most bracelet styles are sold in small, medium and large sizes, Please see below for general guidelines. Note: measure the area where you would like your bracelet to sit - we will add 1/4” to that measurement to ensure a comfortable fit.

WOMEN: Small (5.5-6”), Medium (6-6.5”), Large (6.5 - 7”). 

MEN:  Small (6.5-7”), Medium (7-7.5”), Large (7.5-8”), X-Large (8-8.5”)
