I will set up a 15-20 minute call with me, the founder, to discuss your ideas. Before we chat, gather some inspiration: photos, meaningful places, or even a cherished piece from your collection. Inspiration is everywhere and I’ll help translate yours into something truly personal.

Once we have discussed your design, colours, length, clasps, materials, you’ll receive photos of the materials and design mockup, just to make sure you’re 100% happy.

Once we’ve nailed down the design, I’ll ask you for a non-refundable deposit to cover the cost of sourcing your chosen materials.

Once your design is approved and you give me the go-ahead, I’ll send over your final invoice and start creating your custom piece.

Custom creations typically take between 3-4 weeks, depending on how quickly I can source the materials for your design. If you have a special occasion or need a quicker turnaround, please make sure you mention this during your consultation.
