Start by reaching out to arrange a design consultation—this can be over the phone or a video call, whichever suits you best. We will set up a 15-20 minute call with Priscilla, the founder, to discuss your ideas. Before we chat, gather some inspiration: photos, meaningful places, or even a cherished piece from your collection. Inspiration is everywhere and we’ll help translate yours into a truly personal creation.

Once we have discussed your design, colours, length, clasps, materials, you’ll receive photos of the materials and design mockup, just to make sure you’re 100% happy.

Once we’ve nailed down the design, we’ll ask for a small non-refundable deposit of £50–£75 to cover the cost of sourcing your chosen stones.

Once your design is approved and you give us the go-ahead, we’ll send over your final invoice and start creating your custom piece.

Custom creations typically take between 3-4 weeks, depending on how quickly we can source the perfect gemstones for your design. If you have a special occasion or need a quicker turnaround, please let us know during your consultation—we’ll do our best.
