Exchanges & Returns Policy

At ByPriscilla-London, we take great pride in crafting each piece of jewellery with care and intention. As a small, independent business, we keep very small stock of each gemstone and every piece is made-to-order and thoughtfully designed just for you.  We therefore encourage you to read the description of each item carefully. 

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please email me at hello@bypriscilla-london.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.  Jewellery items marked as “ready to ship” can be returned for a full refund.  Your jewellery must be returned unworn, in its original condition, with the tag still on and in the original packaging.  Shipping is the customer’s responsibility.  

PLEASE NOTE: Customised/personalised jewellery is NOT eligible for a refund.  However, if you’re unhappy with your item due to fit/colour/size, please email me at hello@bypriscilla-london no later than 7 days from receipt of the item.  Rest assured, I will work diligently to make it right. 

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your jewellery as soon as it arrives. If your jewellery is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us hello@bypriscilla-london.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue swiftly.
