At ByPriscilla-London, we take pride in crafting each piece of jewellery with care and intention. As a small, independent business, we aim to make your shopping experience as special as the items we create.

Each piece is made to order and thoughtfully designed, which means we keep limited quantities of stock. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions and images before making a purchase. Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your jewellery is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us hello@bypriscilla-london.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue swiftly.

Exchanges

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase due to colour, fit, or another concern, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to work with you and make things right.  Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
