Malachite (Green) - The Stone of Personal Transformation

This wonderfully elegant, bright-green mineral can be traced back over 5000 years when it was primarily used for decoration purposes by the Egyptians.  Historically, it has been used in various different ways.  The Greeks used it as a children’s amulet, the Romans used it to ward off the evil eye and the Chinese to decorate vases . Today, it continues to be an important gemstone, more expensive and valued than others in its category.  

Now that you know a bit more about its history and physical properties, let me tell you about its energy.  Malachite is considered to have earthy and high vibrations and is known as the stone of “personal transformation” and a great healer.
